Ruth y Nohemi Scholarships This cooperative provides scholarships for some students in the area. Two of the children we help are children of Juana. Juana has 8 children and was severely abused by her husband. She lived in a small village near Chichi before she came to Ruth y Nohemi where she now has a job cooking along with two other jobs. She works very hard because she wants her children to go to school. They are all going to school now and Ruth y Nohemi helps them with some costs, uniforms, books etc. The tuition costs are quite high and Juana could use the help because Edwardo and Jessica are in middle school and the costs are more.
